At Little Lodge, our Little Explorers room is designed as a nurturing environment where your baby’s individual routine is our priority. Our youngest children are discovering the world around them for the first time, building secure foundations while we celebrate every discovery they make.
Our Little Explorers care routine is thoughtfully designed around your baby’s unique needs and developmental stage. We tailor our care based on a detailed profile that outlines your child’s health, nutrition, sleep patterns, and daily preferences, ensuring consistency between home and nursery.
We prioritise floor-based play to maximise movement opportunities, from crawling and pulling up to standing and early walking attempts. Our babies experience treasure basket exploration, rich sensory play, music and movement activities, and daily outdoor exploration.
Adjacent to our Little Explorers Room is a dedicated Baby Sleep Room, a calm and quiet space where your baby can rest safely and peacefully, following their individual sleep schedule.
We welcome babies from around 9 months old, and they remain in our Little Explorers Room until around 18 months or when they can walk confidently, at which point they transition to our Little Adventurers Room.
